FAQs

  • Does the booking include free parking?

    SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted parking rates at $7.00 for the first hour and $3.50 for every hour after, if you spend a minimum of $40.00 at any of the outlets. You will be required to get your parking ticket validated from the restaurant reception in order to get the discounted rates. You can find out more about our parking options here.

  • What are your casual parking rates?

    The casual rate for parking is $8.00 for 0-30 minutes, $15.00 for the first hour and $5.50 every hour after. The maximum parking charge per day (up to 24 hours) is $48.00.

  • Can we bring a cake with us?

    Unfortunately not, but we'd be delighted to make one for you. Please call us on (+64) 09 363 6000 at least 48 hours in advance of your booking and we'll create something absolutely delicious within your budget. Only cakes purchased from us can be served in our restaurants. Should you wish to bring in your own cake we would be more than happy to accommodate to help with the celebration ceremony however unfortunately you cannot consume this in the restaurant.

  • Is your meat Halal?

    While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

  • If a group has a person celebrating a birthday, does the birthday person eat for free?

  • Do I get free admission to Sky Tower when I dine?

    Sky Tower admission is included when dining in the Sky Tower Restaurants - Orbit 360° Dining and The Sugar Club. If you dine at any other SkyCity restaurant you will be required to pay full price for admission.
